What is VitalisVapor Cloner Protection?

VITALIS VAPOR works hard to control quality and you are guaranteed a superior vaporizer when purchased via an authorized VITALIS dealer or distributor.

The vapor industry is plagued with cloned devices. Therefore, we are working on advanced registration technology that will further solidify the value and safety to all end users. Each vaporizer will not leave the factory without a serial number, hologram, QR code and other built in counterfeiting protective measures.

What is the return policy?
We can accept returns only if the item is still sealed with the product protection label intact.
We can not accept opened or used items.
Please contact support@vitalisvapor.com for an RMA number before processing any return.
We are not responsible for lost items with no RMA number.
What is the Warranty?
The VOLT mainframe has a 10 year limited warranty that covers materials and workmanship. If we determine there is a defect in materials that results in the breakdown in performance of your VOLT mainframe we will replace the unit. We are not responsible for damage caused by dropping or abusing the unit.
Wearable parts such as atomizers and attachable accessories are guaranteed to work upon arrival. We guarantee the performance meets the average lifespan of such wearable items.
To initiate a return first email our support staff to determine which route to take. You must first obtain an RMA number with prior authorization by our staff. It is also possible to use our contact form and request an RMA.
